Navichord giveaway results – 10 winners of chord/harmony exploration app

Download from iTunes App Store

I did a full review of Navichord here on the Music App Blog some time ago but, as I’ve also posted more recently, the app had had a whole series of updates since launch and has considerably expanded upon its feature set as a consequence. The design is also so simple and elegant that the app is a pleasure to use.

Anyway, as I indicated last week, while the blog is going to be mostly in hibernation mode for the next few months while I focus on some music production projects, there will be a few ‘pop up’ posts when I get the chance….  and those will include the occasional giveaway when developers are kind enough to donate some copies of their apps.

Navichord – familiar interface, but the recent update brings a new Song Mode :-)

Denis Kutuzov was kind enough to do just that last week and he provided me with 10 copies of Navichord to give away to readers here at the blog.  The draw closed over the weekend and the winning names were pulled out of the hat this afternoon….. and the winners are:-

Brandon Newsom

David Hamilton

James Clarke

Tim Sambrook

Carl Minette

Alrick Huebener

Fernando Matos

Dawid Srokowski

Tiberiu Ichim

Iran Alves

All the winners have now been sent an email with the details of how to get hold of their prizes. Incidentally, if you do appear as a winner in one of these giveaways and you don’t seem to have seen an email from me with the promo code details, then do make sure you check in your junk, trash or spam folders just in case your email system has ‘filed’ the message there :-)

Navichord really is a very cool tool and, because of the way the note buttons are arranged in the upper portion of the display, you can quickly learn quite a lot about chord construction. And, with MIDI out, it also makes a very useable MIDI performance surface while the recently added Song Mode is also very welcome. You can read the original Navichord review here and then hit the App Store download button to find out more :-)
