DrumPerfect giveaway results

Download from iTunes App Storedrumperfect logo 2If you have read the full review I posted of DrumPerfect a few days ago you will know that I’m quite a fan of what this app can do. While it is perhaps not (yet at least) my own personal take on what would be the ‘perfect’ iOS virtual drummer, in terms of the actual sounds and performances it can produce, it is pretty darn close. If you are after programmable acoustic drums that sound ‘real’, for us iOS musicians, I think DrumPerfect is currently the best the App Store has to offer.

Well, thanks for the generosity of Marinus Molengraft – the developer of DrumPerfect – two lucky Music App Blog readers can now get hold of a copy of DrumPerfect for free. Entries closed yesterday and the winning names were drawn at random out of the hat this morning. Again, many thanks also to everyone who entered; this was a popular giveaway.

The winners should have now received an email with details of how to get hold of their free copy but, for information, the readers names drawn out the hat were:-

Guy (gvnemx)

Marcos (mrayol)

Incidentally, if you do appear as a winner in one of these giveaways and you don’t seem to have seen an email from me with the promo code details, then do make sure you check in your junk, trash or spam folders just in case your email system has ‘filed’ the message there :-)

For programmable acoustic drum parts that sound like they might have been played by a real drummer, DrumPerfect is the most convincing app currently available.

You can read the review of DrumPerfect here. If you didn’t win this time around, then you can, of course, just follow the download links below to pick up your own copy via the iTunes App Store. Providing you are happy to put in a little programming work, it really does an excellent job of sounding like a ‘real’ drummer.

Oh, and if you want to make sure you are entered for all the promo code giveaways that I run through the Music App Blog, then get yourself on the email newsletter list – and pick up your copy of our free ’25 apps’ guide :-)

Here’s hoping the winner enjoys using the app.
