Cotracks giveaway results – 10 winners of Futucraft’s collaborative iOS music app

Download from iTunes App Storecotracks logoI reviewed Futucraft’s excellent Cotracks music app some time ago and was really impressed with the idea and implementation of this ‘musical collaboration’ app where up to four users can jam together on a single iPad.

As I posted a few days ago, Cotracks has just been updated on the App Store to v. 1.0.13 with new features such as overdub recording and a ‘swing’ option. And while the app has not yet been updated to the very latest Audiobus SDK to work with Audiobus under iOS8, it does seem to work fine as a stand-alone app on my iPad Air that I updated to iOS8 last week and also seemed to launch and playback fine under Audiobus also.

Cotracks; 4 into 1 does go :-) Collaborative music making on a single iPad in a very slick interface.

Anyway, on the back of the updated release, Matti Jokipii from Futucraft was been kind enough to supply me with ten promo codes for Cotracks to give away to readers here at the Music App Blog. Entries closed on Saturday and the winners names were drawn out of the hat this morning. Again, many thanks also to everyone who entered. The winners should have now received an email with details of how to get hold of their free copy but, for information, the readers who got a copy of the app were:-

Paul Gardner

Jay Labrado

Ken Karsh

Didier (deefon91)

Olkin Donder

Tiger (tugrikyan)

Scott Kandel

Deb (dday6)

Breno Lopez

Incidentally, if you do appear as a winner in one of these giveaways and you don’t seem to have seen an email from me with the promo code details, then do make sure you check in your junk, trash or spam folders just in case your email system has ‘filed’ the message there :-)

Oh, and if you want to make sure you are entered for all the promo code giveaways that I run through the Music App Blog, then get yourself on the email newsletter list – and pick up your copy of our free ’25 apps’ guide :-) Here’s hoping the winners enjoy using the app.

You can read the full review of Cotracks here. It is brilliant fun to use and, for electronic music makers, well worth experimenting with – especially with a few like-minded friends. So, if you didn’t win this time around, then do check it out on the App Store.
